ProHance - Modules - Work Time

The Work Time module helps track how employees are investing their time. Implemented by a large number of organizations. Productivity gains are recognized within a few weeks of implementing the module, with critical information getting captured and mapped on a real-time basis. 

The Work Time module replaces homegrown manual tracking and monitoring solutions. An initial mapping exercise helps identity productive and unproductive activities and systems. This is an iterative process and over a period of time, all activities that an employee does are identified and categorized. Advanced Analytics provides ongoing, real-time reports on how individuals and teams are spending their time.

WorkForce Management teams use employee productivity and utilization data to better plan and optimize capacity.  Here are some of the key features of the Work Time module.

Activity Dashboard: Know exactly where the time is being spent by your workforce. The Activity Dashboard is a configurable dashboard providing reports on team performance with visibility to efficiency for individuals and teams. Dashboards can be customized basis the view a manager would like to see on a daily basis or the duration of their choice. Reports available include overall efficiency, time spent on different work categories, time on the system, and time away from the system.

Attendance: Allows automatic marking for attendance and tracking login hours across a time duration. Providing visibility to how much employees have extended beyond shift requirements,  enabling organizations to be compliant with local labor laws and tracking overtime.

Time Sheet: Provides a detailed view of how time has been used on an hourly basis. Users mark their holidays and leave schedules which are then sent to team managers and leaders to approve or disapprove leaves in ProHance. 

 Current Activity: Provides real-time visibility of how an individual or a team is engaged. User states can be viewed to plan the intraday capacity of the team.
